Q) What items may I return?

A: You may return any item except SALE and INTIMATE items (Hollywood tape, Nipple Covers, etc). The merchandise must be unworn or used and have original tags attached. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you received Free Shipping, our costs will be deducted from your refund.

Q) How long do I have to make a return?

A: Items must be postmarked within 2 weeks or 14 days of purchase date. You must receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to sending your merchandise, which can take up to 24 hours.

Q) How do I receive an RMA and process a Return?

A: Please email us at and include the following information: your contact information, the item description, cost, and reason for returning the item. We will email you with your RMA within 24 hours. Please write the RMA on the outside of the package or label for quickest processing. For your own protection, we recommend that you insure your package and have a request for signature.

Q) Do I have to pay the shipping on my return?

A: Yes.

Q) Can I take my merchandise into the store for a refund?

A: Yes.  If you live in the Tampa area and would like to return your item to the store, we will gladly honor the return.  However, please note that we will have to revert to our "in-store" return  policy which is exchange or store credit only.  If you can't find anything during your not worry!  Your store credit will never expire.
