Q) When will my order ship?
A: If an order is placed Monday thru Friday before 2pm Eastern Time, the order will begin processing that day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day. We will ship all orders within 48 hours, and you will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Once your order has shipped, please allow 5-7 business days to arrive if it is regular ground shipping. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times so please keep this in mind in determining your shipping method.
Q) Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
A: Yes! Please email your request at email@example.com or you can call us at 813.207.0400, Monday thru Saturday from 10-8pm and Sunday from 12-6pm EST. Prices will vary depending on the expedited shipping speed of your request. Expedited Shipping is only valid for orders shipped within the Continental United States.
Q) Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Per request, we can ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. Delivery time to APO/FPO and PO Boxes varies and is generally longer than our standard 4-10 business day Ground Shipping. Please contact us at 813.207.0400, Monday thru Saturday from 10am to 8pm EST or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request, and we will be able to assist you in placing your order.
Q) Can I order a product online and pick it up at the store?
A: Yes! If you wish to pick up your order at our Tampa, Florida location, please select "in store pickup" option at checkout. This will eliminate the shipping cost from your order.
Q) Is it possible that you could sell out of an item before it ships?
A: This should not be an issue as our products are taken out of inventory when sold. However, since we only carry a limited number of our products, things will sell quickly! If for some reason we were to sell out of an item that you ordered, we will notify you via email and of course refund the transaction.
